Former Juventus, AC Milan, and Roma coach Fabio Capello has spoken about his time at Juventus and the differences between the clubs he managed.

Capello was a guest on Alessandro Cattelan’s podcast Supernova, where he reflected on his coaching career and shared stories about players like Zlatan Ibrahimović.

Capello revealed that he spent more than a month closely studying Ibrahimović’s movements, shots, and behavior.

“I watched him for a month and a half. He had many flaws, but once you teach a talented player what to do, the results come quickly”.

He explained that Ibrahimović was tall but didn’t know how to jump properly. “It was the same with Bobanh e jumped like a penguin without lifting his arms,” Capello joked.

That’s how it is at Juve. At Milan it was also well prepared, and you just had to coach. At Roma, it was the hardest when I arrived, even the parking spaces weren’t organized. I had to fix that myself.”

Capello’s reflections highlight not only the professionalism at Juventus and Milan but also the struggles he faced rebuilding Roma from scratch.
