Juventus have been offered the chance to sign Lucas Vázquez, who recently left Real Madrid as a free agent.
The 34-year-old right-back ended his long spell at the Santiago Bernabéu this summer and is now looking for a new club.
Juventus, currently searching for a right-wing back, have been approached with the option to sign Vázquez. However, he is not seen as a top priority at this stage.
The main issue is Vázquez’s high wage demand. He earned around €4.5 million in his final season with Real Madrid, a figure Juventus may be reluctant to match.
Despite this, Bianconeri director Damien Comolli and coach Igor Tudor will hold discussions to evaluate the opportunity and decide whether to proceed with negotiations.
Juventus are also keeping an eye on other options for the right flank, including Dodô (Fiorentina) Valued at €30 million,Josha Vagnoman (VfB Stuttgart) Another strong candidate
Alberto Costa, who joined Juventus in January from Sporting CP, is not actively seeking a move away.
Tudor wants to keep him, but Juventus would consider selling the Portuguese full-back if they receive an offer between €18m and €20m.
Meanwhile, Timothy Weah has already agreed personal terms with Marseille, where he could reunite with coach Roberto De Zerbi. Talks are ongoing between the French side and Juventus regarding a transfer fee.
As Juventus reshape their squad under Tudor, it remains to be seen whether Lucas Vázquez will become part of their plans or if his salary expectations prove too steep.
