Player ratings

Michele Di Gregorio – 8: Di Gregorio was crucial today, he made multiple big saves which could have easily been two or three goals for Inter. Shows why Giuntoli and Motta are going to bring him to Turin, instead of splashing on someone like Donnaruma.

Nico Savona – 6.5: Savona looked okay in his first half display, a little bit shaken up by the circumstances of the game in the second half however. He looked a lot better until he got subbed off for Cambiaso in the 60th minute.

Federico Gatti -7.5: Gatti showed all of his grinta in his performance today, he was tracking up and down the pitch for the full 90. He started multiple counter attacks and had Latuaro Martinez and Marcus Thurman underperforming.

Timothy Weah – 7: Timothy Weah had another amazing display as he’s taken up the right back role once again. He provided an attacking flair which helped Juventus get the outnumber in attack put pressure on Inters backline.

Khepren Thuram – 7.5: Thuram had the challenge of filling in for Locatelli who was in a desperate need of a rest. He filled the shoes completely making Locatellis job look easy.

Teun Koopmeiners – 6.5: Koopmeiners had one of his best games in a Juventus kit as he may have finally found a fit in Mottas system. His rating looks worse than it is because everyone else had better games.

Weston Mckennie – 6: Mckennie had another big game in the 10 position, he wasn’t as hyper as the game against PSV but his pressing did have a key part in this game.

Nico Gonzalez – 5.5: Nico had a better game today then he has had previously but there is some things he need to improve on. Some of his touches did look off but some of it was bad luck.

Francisco Conciecao – 8: Chico was a key player in todays game not just from his goal, but he also was key in starting counter attacks as he would drop back and win the ball, and his dribbling ability makes him hard to tackle.

Randal Kolo Muani – 7.5: In the first half he had an okay start the service for him wasn’t quite there but he was good. In the second half he realised he had to grab the game by the horns and started creating his own chances which made for a better half and an assists to the goal.
