Juventus are reportedly ready to make a move for Dani Ceballos, a midfielder who has fallen out of favour at Real Madrid under new manager Xabi Alonso.

After barely featuring at the FIFA Club World Cup, Ceballos’ future at the Santiago Bernabéu has become increasingly uncertain.

While he enjoyed a brief resurgence during the final months of Carlo Ancelotti’s reign, he has struggled to find his place under Alonso, who has different plans for the midfield.

With both the player and the club open to a possible exit, speculation about a summer move has intensified.

Juventus are preparing a €12 million offer for the Spanish midfielder. The Bianconeri see Ceballos as a valuable addition who offers both quality and experience at a relatively affordable price.

Ceballos, who has made 192 appearances for Real Madrid since his arrival from Real Betis in 2017, also spent two seasons on loan at Arsenal. However, his time in Madrid now appears to be nearing its end.

While Juventus are leading the race, Real Betis  Ceballos’ former club  are closely monitoring the situation. However, they are unlikely to match Juventus’ financial package due to budget limitations.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, are open to selling the player if the offer aligns with their valuation, and €12 million could meet that threshold.

As Juventus look to rebuild their midfield, Ceballos could be an ideal fit. His ability to control possession and link up play makes him an attractive option for the Serie A giants.

With Real Madrid focusing on a new chapter under Xabi Alonso, parting ways with Ceballos might be best for both parties  especially if it allows the club to invest in new talent.
