AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori might miss Sunday’s big match against Juventus after picking up a thigh injury in last night’s 2-1 win over Napoli.

The English centre-back had to leave the game in the 80th minute, with reports saying he strained his right adductor muscle.

If he can’t play, Koni De Winter, a summer signing and former Juventus player, is expected to start instead.

In addition to Tomori, Ecuadorian full-back Pervis Estupinan will miss the game because of a suspension.

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri will have to use other players, testing the team’s depth after a strong start to the 2025-26 season.

Milan sits at the top of the Serie A table following their win over Napoli, with American forward Christian Pulisic leading the scoring charts.
