Dusan Vlahovic has finally made his decision. In a saga that has lasted since the start of last season, Dusan has decided that he will play out one more season at Juventus and then leave. This is if reports from Fabiana Della Valle in the Gazzetta are to be believed.

The decision of the serbian to stay will heavily hinder Juventus, not just in what leaves the club but also what comes in. Firstly there was a few teams that considered buying Vlahovic this summer, amongst them was AC Milan. However, now that he is going to stay this season those deals are off.

Juventus had recived an offer for Vlahovic from AC Milan reports TuttoSport. There offer was €25M that Juventus would have happily accepted. Vlahovic was open to the move setting Milan as his first choice even speaking to Zlatan Ibrahimovic. However, he wants to fight for his spot ever since scoring against Parma.

As annoying as it is that Juventus won’t see another €25M come in for his sale. That money would’ve been nice even with Nico Savona likely to be sold (read more here). It will also cost the club money, Vlahovic current salary isn’t cheap at all. Roughly he earns €12M, and if Randal Kolo Munai joins the club he will struggle for minutes.

This will also have an effect on the move for Kolo Muani, as it makes it more effective. Juventus won’t be able to use that money to fund the transfer. It will now cost them Vlahovic salary of €12M plus the €60M before Randal Kolo Muani. This is before factoring in the cost of Kolo Muani’s wages.
