Igor Tudor makes decision on Kolo Muani as Juventus near agreement
Randal Kolo Muani is poised to rejoin Juventus, with negotiations between the Serie A club and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) reportedly nearing completion.
The French striker, who impressed during a six-month loan spell in Turin, is eager to return, having rejected offers from Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, Juventus’ ability to finalize the deal depends on moving players out, with Lloyd Kelly identified as a potential key figure in facilitating the transfer.
Juventus and PSG have almost agreed on a loan arrangement for Kolo Muani, involving a €10 million fee for the 2025–26 season.

The deal includes an option to purchase the player permanently in 2026, contingent upon Juventus meeting certain performance criteria and Kolo Muani achieving specific individual performance metrics.
The purchase price is expected to be between €30 million and €35 million, reflecting PSG’s desire to recoup a significant portion of the €90 million they invested in the player two years ago.
Juventus’ pursuit of Kolo Muani is closely linked to their ability to generate funds through player sales. Lloyd Kelly, who joined Juventus in January 2025, is considered surplus to requirements under coach Igor Tudor.
Reports suggest that Sunderland, a newly-promoted Premier League club, has shown interest in acquiring Kelly. A successful transfer of Kelly could provide the financial flexibility Juventus needs to complete the deal for Kolo Muani.

Kolo Muani has expressed a strong desire to remain at Juventus, citing his positive experience and the club’s tactical setup under Tudor as key factors in his decision.
Despite interest from other clubs, the 26-year-old forward has made it clear that Juventus is his preferred destination. His commitment to the club strengthens Juventus’ position in negotiations with PSG.
Moreover, coach Igor Tudor has made it clear that Kolo Muani is his undisputed first-choice target this summer. Reports indicate that Tudor refuses to consider any alternatives or backup plans.
The coming weeks are critical for Juventus as they aim to finalize the acquisition of Kolo Muani. The club’s ability to offload players like Kelly will be instrumental in securing the necessary funds to complete the transfer.
With Kolo Muani eager to return to Turin and Juventus determined to bring him back, both parties are hopeful that the deal will be concluded successfully.
