Inter Milan show strong interest in two Juventus targets

Juventus are facing stiff competition from Inter Milan for two of their top transfer targets: Rasmus Højlund and Jonathan David.
Both clubs are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer, with Juventus expecting to offload Dušan Vlahović and Randal Kolo Muani, neither of whom appear in the club’s long-term plans.
Both Juventus and Inter have serious interest in Højlund, currently at Manchester United, and David, who recently left Lille as a free agent.
However, Juventus may need to act fast to avoid losing out, as Inter have ramped up their efforts to sign the duo.
Højlund’s future at Manchester United is uncertain as new coach Rúben Amorim prepares to rebuild the squad.
Amorim is open to letting the Danish striker leave if he doesn’t fit his tactical vision which could open the door for Serie A clubs.
Jonathan David is now a free agent after his contract with Lille ended. Serie A looks like his likely destination, with Inter, Napoli, and Juventus all interested. Juventus hope to attract the Canadian striker with a compelling long-term project.
Before signing new forwards, Juventus must first make room in the squad and adjust their wage bill. The sales of Vlahović and Kolo Muani are crucial in this regard.
Both Højlund and David are seen as ready to make an immediate impact in Turin, but competition from Inter could complicate matters.
