Juventus’ pursuit of Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been complicated by a new development.

A substantial offer from Beşiktaş was recently presented to Sancho’s camp, according to Turkish outlet Fotomaç (via Juventusnews24), but was rejected, with his preference for a move to Juventus being reaffirmed.

Prior interest from Fenerbahçe—reportedly involving a €10 million salary offer plus €2 million in bonuses—was similarly turned down, with their proposals believed to have been dismissed without serious consideration.

This continued loyalty to Juventus has not gone unnoticed, though the club’s ability to move forward with the transfer remains dependent on player sales.

General director Damien Comolli has acknowledged that Sancho would only be considered if a winger is sold, citing the current presence of Yildiz, Conceicao, and Nico González in the squad.

Formal negotiations with Manchester United have been paused while Juventus focus on outgoing transfers to satisfy financial and FFP constraints. At least one winger, such as Nico González or Timothy Weah, would need to depart before talks can resume.

Samuel Mbangula’s transfer to Werder Bremen has been completed. Timothy Weah is nearing a move to Marseille, which is expected to create further financial room.

Douglas Luiz continues to draw interest from Nottingham Forest, with Juventus open to a loan with an obligation to buy or permanent deal.

Dusan Vlahović’s future is also being assessed, with discussions underway with AC Milan despite complications over salary and contract structure.

With the transfer deadline approaching, pressure is mounting. Beşiktaş’s offer has underscored the importance of Sancho’s patience, but the timing remains critical.

Unless sufficient space is cleared on the books soon, Juventus risk missing out on a player who has made it clear that Turin is his preferred destination.
