Juventus still eyeing five more signings
Juventus have officially started their 2025/26 pre-season preparations under coach Igor Tudor, but the squad is far from finalized.
So far, the Bianconeri have secured three key additions: Jonathan David joined on a free transfer, Francisco Conceição was purchased from Porto following a loan spell in Turin, and the club has agreed to a double deal with Porto for Alberto Costa and João Mário.
Costa, the 25-year-old Portuguese right-back, has already arrived in Turin to undergo his medical and complete his contract signing.
Juventus are actively pursuing at least five more new players to complete their summer recruitment.
Attack Reinforcements Priority
Strengthening the attack remains a priority, with Juventus targeting another centre-forward. The club’s top priority is to bring back Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain, although negotiations remain ongoing.
Should that deal stall, alternatives like Manchester United’s Rasmus Højlund and Bologna’s Santiago Castro are being monitored.
Midfield and Winger Targets
In addition to a striker, Juventus are focused on adding an attacking midfielder or winger. Jadon Sancho has emerged as the preferred candidate, but the club must first offload Nico González to make room in the squad.
Goalkeeper and Defensive Plans
The goalkeeping department requires less immediate attention. A potential swap involving Mattia Perin moving out and Emil Audero returning is under consideration. Meanwhile, the backline will largely remain intact, although signings like Leonardo Balerdi or Jeff Chabot could strengthen the defense.
Midfield Uncertainty
With players like Douglas Luiz, Fabio Miretti, and Weston McKennie potentially departing, Juventus aim to add a new midfielder, though the club is keeping the identity of this target under wraps.
As pre-season progresses, Juventus remain active in the transfer market, striving to build a competitive squad ready to challenge for Serie A honors.
