Ekrem KonurJuventus are seeking €30m for midfielder Weston McKennie this summer, sources have confirmed.
The Italian giants are said to be willing to sell the American international, but have yet to receive a serious offer for the player.
While Turkish club Galatasaray have reportedly shown interest in McKennie, they are unlikely to meet Juventus’ asking price. This could open the door for Premier League clubs to make a move for the 24-year-old.
McKennie returned to Juventus this summer after a loan spell at Leeds United, where he played a key role in their midfield. However, the club was ultimately relegated to the Championship, leaving McKennie’s future uncertain.
The USMNT international has a contract until 2025 at Juventus having played 95 games in all competitions since joining from Schalke 04. He has scored 13 goals with five assists for the club tally.
Juventus are ready to let go of a number of players this summer in order to make money, and Weston McKennie, who is no longer part of Massimiliano Allegri’s plans, is one of those.
