According to Ilbianconero, Juventus has completed its final preparations ahead of their Serie A encounter against Cagliari. Following their last training session, head coach Thiago Motta has made decisive choices regarding the starting lineup, introducing some changes from previous matches.
One of the main selection dilemmas concerned the right flank, where Motta has opted for Francisco Conceição. The Portuguese youngster has been preferred over Nico Gonzalez and Kenan Yildiz, with the latter set to start on the bench for the third consecutive game.
In attack, Dusan Vlahovic will return to the starting eleven. After beginning recent matches as a substitute, the Serbian forward is set to reclaim his place in the lineup. Meanwhile, Randal Kolo Muani will not be in the initial selection and will have to wait for his opportunity later in the game.
The rest of the formation remains largely unchanged. Michele Di Gregorio will be between the posts, with a defensive lineup consisting of Timothy Weah, Federico Gatti, Lloyd Kelly, and Andrea Cambiaso. In midfield, Teun Koopmeiners will be rested, allowing Manuel Locatelli and Khephren Thuram to control the central areas.
Weston McKennie will play in an advanced role, tasked with providing support to the attackers. On the left wing, young talent Mbangula will have an opportunity to showcase his abilities.
Juventus heads into the match with the objective of extending their positive run and securing three crucial points in their pursuit of a strong league position. With all tactical adjustments in place, the stage is set for an exciting contest on the field.
