Juventus defender could miss match against Empoli

Juventus defender Danilo might be unavailable for the upcoming Serie A match against Empoli, scheduled for Saturday, September 14 at 18:00.

According to a recent report by Sky, the Brazilian international is set to play for his national team against Paraguay in a match taking place on the night between Wednesday and Thursday.

As a result, Danilo is not expected to return to Turin until Friday, the day before the Juventus-Empoli game.

Given the timing of his return and the long journey, it seems unlikely that Danilo will be fully ready to feature as a starter for Juventus manager Thiago Motta.
