Juventus defender Federico Gatti has reaffirmed his commitment to the club, expressing his determination to remain with the Bianconeri for as long as possible.
The 26-year-old joined Juventus in January 2022 following an impressive stint at Frosinone. Since arriving in Turin, he has worked hard to solidify his place in the squad, stepping up to help fill the defensive void left by club icons Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci.
This season, Gatti has been a key figure in Juventus’ defensive setup, often partnering with different teammates due to frequent injuries in the squad.
He has lined up alongside the likes of Gleison Bremer, Pierre Kalulu, Renato Veiga, and more recently, Lloyd Kelly. Despite the ongoing challenges, the Italian international has remained a reliable presence at the back.
His recent performance against Cagliari was yet another display of his resilience, as Juventus secured a narrow victory with a lone goal from Dusan Vlahovic. Following the match, Gatti emphasized his dedication to the club and his desire to continue contributing to its success.
“We have faced many injuries, and playing every three days is not easy, but I am happy here at Juventus. I want to stay as long as possible and will give my all for the club,” he said in a post-match interview with DAZN via IlBianconero.
Gatti is currently under contract with Juventus until 2028, but reports from IlBianconero suggest he may soon sign an improved deal to further extend his stay in Turin. His unwavering commitment and consistent performances continue to make him an integral part of the team’s defensive unit.
