Juventus defender move to Roma
The transfer window is still active for Juventus, particularly concerning outgoing players. Following the departures of Federico Chiesa and Mattia De Sciglio, both completed yesterday, another exit is imminent.
According to Sky Sport, Tiago Djalò is on the verge of joining Roma, a club that has shown interest in the player for several weeks.
Djalò’s Move to Roma: Terms and Figures
Tiago Djalò, who has found himself outside of Thiago Motta’s plans, will be leaving Juventus after only a few months in Turin.
He was not included in the squad for the first matches of the season and, like several others, has been listed as surplus to requirements.
The deal between Juventus and Roma is not permanent. Instead, it’s structured as a loan with an option to buy.
Roma will pay Juventus an initial €1 million for the loan, with the option to purchase the player set at €9 million, plus an additional €1 million in bonuses.
As the transfer window nears its close, Juventus continues to streamline its squad, paving the way for potential new signings.
