Juventus are intensifying their search for a new striker as they reshape their attacking lineup ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
With both Dušan Vlahović and Arek Milik now out of the picture, the Bianconeri are keen to find a quality partner for new signing Jonathan David, who officially begins his journey in Turin this week.
The club’s main target remains Randal Kolo Muani, who impressed during his previous spell under head coach Igor Tudor.
The French international is viewed as a perfect fit for Juventus’ tactical setup, and Tudor has personally requested his return.
However, negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are proving tricky. The French giants are demanding a permanent transfer and are unwilling to accept a loan deal with an option to buy.
A middle ground could be found through a loan with an obligation to buy, but financial terms still need to be resolved.
With Kolo Muani’s situation still uncertain, Juventus are preparing alternatives. Talks are ongoing with Manchester United, where Rasmus Højlund has emerged as a possible target.
The Danish striker is admired by both Damien Comolli and Tudor, and could become part of a larger negotiation package that also includes Jadon Sancho.
Meanwhile, Darwin Núñez of Liverpool is another forward being monitored. The Uruguayan, also linked with Napoli and AC Milan, could be available this summer as Liverpool close in on Hugo Ekitiké.
Though Liverpool reportedly value Núñez at €60 million, Juventus may explore a loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy, especially given the striker’s contract runs until 2028.
Juventus are also keeping a close eye on Benjamin Šeško, the highly-rated Slovenian forward currently at RB Leipzig.
The 21-year-old has attracted attention from several top European clubs and remains a long-term option for the Bianconeri.
After last season’s struggles in attack, Juventus are determined to enter the new campaign fully equipped.
With Jonathan David already in, securing another elite striker be it Kolo Muani, Højlund, Núñez, or Šeško is now the club’s top priority.
