Juventus are setting their sights on two of Europe’s brightest young talents, Monaco’s Eliesse Ben Seghir and Tottenham Hotspur’s Mikey Moore, as part of a youth-focused recruitment strategy under new general director Damien Comolli.

Comolli, recently appointed to oversee Juventus’ football operations, is prioritizing the acquisition of high-potential young players as he begins to reshape the club’s future.

Ben Seghir, a 20-year-old French-Moroccan winger, has been one of Ligue 1’s standout young performers. Rising through AS Monaco’s ranks, he had a breakout 2024/25 season, tallying 9 goals and 4 assists in 46 matches across all competitions.

Known for his right-footed precision and ability to cut inside from the left wing, Ben Seghir’s style has drawn comparisons to Juventus starlet Kenan Yildiz. With a contract running until June 2027, the player is currently valued at €28 million by Transfermarkt.

In addition to Ben Seghir, Juventus are also keen on 17-year-old Mikey Moore, a rising talent at Tottenham Hotspur. The English winger has already logged 19 senior appearances, scoring once and assisting twice in the Premier League.

Despite his age, Moore has shown maturity and flair, making him an intriguing target for Comolli, who has previously held roles with clubs like Liverpool, Tottenham, and Toulouse. However, Moore is under contract at Spurs until 2027, making any move a potential negotiation challenge.

This aggressive youth recruitment approach highlights a fresh vision in Turin under Comolli’s leadership.

With a strong background in scouting and club management, the 52-year-old Frenchman is expected to tap into his experience to secure some of the best emerging talent worldwide.

Whether Juventus can convince Monaco and Spurs to part with their young stars remains to be seen, but the intent is clear: the Bianconeri are building for the next generation.
