Juventus ready to sell Dusan Vlahovic

Juventus are reportedly prepared to part ways with Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic in the upcoming summer transfer window, with clubs from the Premier League and Saudi Pro League closely monitoring his situation.

The 24-year-old forward has struggled to cement his place in the starting lineup under manager Thiago Motta, fueling speculation about his departure.

Since arriving from Fiorentina in 2022, Vlahovic was initially seen as a key figure in Juventus’ attack. However, his form has been inconsistent, and the arrival of Randal Kolo Muani on loan from Paris Saint-Germain has further complicated his standing at the club.

The French forward has hit the ground running, scoring five goals and providing an assist in his first five appearances, making a strong case for a permanent move.

With Kolo Muani impressing, Vlahovic has seen reduced playing time, and Juventus appear willing to cash in on him while they still can. Reports suggest that the Italian giants are open to offers in the region of €40 million as they look to free up their wage bill, with Vlahovic’s salary set to increase significantly in the coming seasons.

According to Calciomercato,Vlahovic was linked with a move to Saudi Arabia during the winter transfer window, he opted to remain in Europe.

His preference remains to continue competing at the highest level in European football, making Premier League clubs potential suitors. Arsenal, who had shown interest in him during previous transfer windows, could reignite their pursuit as they seek a reliable goal-scoring striker.

Meanwhile, Juventus’ plans to offload Vlahovic align with their desire to secure Kolo Muani on a permanent deal. Despite previous discussions about a possible swap deal with PSG, no agreement was reached, meaning Juventus will now focus on finding a buyer for Vlahovic to generate funds.

With his contract running until 2026, Vlahovic’s next destination remains uncertain. However, given his potential and previous goal-scoring exploits, he is expected to attract interest from top clubs.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is reportedly still keen on adding a prolific striker to his squad, and Vlahovic could fit the bill.

As Juventus strategize for the future, the Serbian forward’s exit seems increasingly likely. The upcoming summer window will be crucial in determining where he lands next as he looks to reignite his career away from Turin.
