This victory has elevated Juventus to 14th in the Champions League standings, just two points behind the top eight teams with two games left.

Despite their European success, Juventus’s Serie A campaign has been inconsistent. The team has drawn nine of their first 15 matches, a tally not seen since 2001.

However, they remain unbeaten, making them unique contenders for three trophies this season, including the Serie A title and the Coppa Italia.

Venezia, languishing at the bottom of the table, has had a tough season. They’ve only managed two victories, none since October, and are three points adrift of safety.
