Juventus are reportedly considering a £60 million move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, as the Italian giants weigh up options to replace Dusan Vlahovic, who could be on his way out this summer.

The Bianconeri are exploring alternatives up front and see the 24-year-old Senegal international as a serious target.

If Vlahovic leaves Turin, Juventus are expected to have the financial capacity to fund a major attacking signing and Jackson fits the profile.

After Chelsea added Joao Pedro and Liam Delap to their frontline, Jackson’s future at Stamford Bridge appears uncertain.

While he had flashes of brilliance last season, scoring 13 goals in all competitions, he was often criticized for his inconsistency and missed chances.

His goal tally fell short of expectations, especially considering that midfielder Cole Palmer outscored him despite not being a regular striker.

Juventus are not the only club keeping tabs on Jackson. Manchester United, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United have also shown interest.

However, the Serie A side are seen as strong contenders due to their need for a striker and Jackson’s relatively modest wage demands.

The potential £60m deal would represent a significant investment, but Juventus are believed to be open to spending big especially if they can offload Vlahovic.

With competition heating up at Chelsea, a move could benefit Jackson’s career.

The forward has shown he can deliver on big occasions such as his standout performances in the Club World Cup but he may need a different environment to reach his full potential.

A transfer to Juventus could offer him the platform to rediscover his form and play a central role in a team with high ambitions in both Serie A and European competition.
