Juventus took the lead through Alex Sandro in the 22nd minute following a brilliant cross from Juan Cuadrado, just before half time, Juventus were awarded a penalty due to a foul inside the box on Alvaro Morata which was converted by Paulo Dybala. In the stoppage time of the first half right after the penalty, Alvaro Morata hit a beautiful chip which had the Bianconeri 3-0 up at the half time.
