Fabrizio Romano reveals Manchester United informed of Vlahović availability
Juventus have offered Dusan Vlahović to Manchester United as part of efforts to resolve the striker’s uncertain future, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.
The Serbian forward, who is entering the final year of his contract in Turin, is no longer considered a central figure in Juventus’s long-term project.
With the club aiming to streamline its wage bill and free up resources for reinvestment, Vlahović has been made available on the market—and his name has now resurfaced in the corridors of Old Trafford.
As Romano revealed on his latest transfer update, United have been approached in recent days with the chance to sign the 25-year-old.
Dusan Vlahović is reportedly open to a move and willing to accept a reduced salary to facilitate a transfer.

Dusan Vlahovic of Juventus celebrates scoring his team’s second goal during the Serie A match between Juventus and Udinese at Allianz Stadium.
However, at present, United have not initiated negotiations. “They’re aware of the opportunity,” Romano stated, “but it would be incorrect to say talks are underway.”
Manchester United’s priority remains Benjamin Šeško of RB Leipzig. The 22-year-old Slovenian is viewed internally as a long-term solution to the club’s centre-forward dilemma.
United have so far refrained from making a formal bid, while Newcastle have already seen an offer in the region of £69.8 million rejected. Leipzig are holding out for a package closer to £75 million including bonuses and a sell-on clause.
Despite the intense pursuit of Šeško, United have also explored alternatives like Viktor Gyökeres, Hugo Ekitike, and Liam Delap—all of whom are now off the table.
Should United miss out on Šeško, Vlahović is expected to move to the top of their fallback list. Juventus, for their part, are prepared for both outcomes.
If no immediate deal materialises, they are open to keeping Vlahović into the first half of the season while continuing to assess market developments.
His potential exit remains linked to the broader dominoes in Europe’s striker market, particularly Sesko’s next step.
With pre-season drawing to a close and the Serie A opener approaching, Juventus continue to seek clarity—not only for Vlahović’s future, but also for the balance and sustainability of the club’s offensive structure going forward.
