Man United prepared to negotiate for a striker Juventus have inquired about

Juventus is actively pursuing Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, who has expressed a desire for a “new challenge” following his recent sidelining under manager Ruben Amorim.

The Italian club is exploring a potential loan deal to bolster their attacking options, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein.

Rashford’s last appearance for Manchester United was on December 12, 2024, in a Europa League match against Viktoria Plzen.

Reports suggest that a strained relationship with Amorim, possibly stemming from off-field conduct, has contributed to his exclusion.

In a recent interview, Rashford stated, “I think I’m ready for a new challenge.” This declaration has attracted interest from several European clubs, including AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, and Juventus.

Juventus, in particular, is keen to secure Rashford’s services to enhance their offensive lineup.

Manchester United is reportedly open to a loan arrangement, potentially covering a portion of Rashford’s substantial wages, which are around €13 million net per season.

This approach mirrors previous strategies employed by the club to manage player transitions. Juventus faces competition from other European giants but remains optimistic about their chances.

The club’s management is actively negotiating to finalize the deal within the January transfer window, aiming to integrate Rashford into their squad promptly but prefers Man United to cover his wages which makes the deal complicated.
