AC Milan center-back Alessio Romagnoli’s contract expires in June and will be looking for a new club this summer. Juventus have been linked with Romagnoli since the start of the season and could offer the Italian center back once the market opens. The Milan captain has also attracted interest from Lazio.

Romagnoli currently earns 6 million euros a year (5 million + 1 million bonuses) and Milan doesn’t want to offer more than 3 million euros a year. The Italian is a client of Mino Raiola and considering Juventus’ Vice-Chairman Pavel Nedved was a former client and is a close friend with the notorious agent, Romagnoli could sign for the Bianconeri. Raiola also is the agent of Matthijs de Ligt and Moise Kean.

Juventus recently purchased Federico Gatti from Frosinone who will continue the season on loan at the Serie B club and Giorgio Chiellini’s contract expires next summer. With also de Ligt’s future in question after previous statements from Raiola saying he could leave the club, Romagnoli could potentially fill a spot at Juventus in case of a departure for the Dutch center back. Keep an eye on the Milan defender’s situation as the season goes on and any potential moves from Juventus.
