As Juventus begin their pre-season with turbulence surrounding Douglas Luiz’s unauthorized absence, another major storyline is taking center stage: the uncertain future of Dušan Vlahović.

The Serbian striker showed up on time at Continassa this morning to start summer training, but the sense within the club is that his journey in black and white may soon be over.

AC Milan have long been admirers of Vlahović and now consider him a top priority for the 2025 summer transfer window.

The Rossoneri are looking to strengthen their attack with a proven goal-scorer, and Vlahović—already familiar with Massimiliano Allegri from their Juventus days (2022–2024)—fits the bill perfectly.

Although no official bid has been submitted yet, Milan are closely monitoring the situation and are ready to act swiftly when the time is right.

A crucial meeting is expected soon between Juventus’ Director General Damien Comolli and Vlahović’s agent Darko Ristić.

This summit is seen as the turning point that could unlock a transfer deal or clarify the striker’s role moving forward.

Despite a lucrative contract worth €12 million per season running until June 30, 2026, all signs point to a mutual desire to part ways a year early.

As of today, no formal offers have landed on Juventus’ table for Vlahović. That said, Milan have already made contact, and Turkish giants Fenerbahçe, coached by José Mourinho, explored a move  though the player showed no interest in heading to Istanbul.

With Milan ready to open the door for a blockbuster arrival and Juventus looking to reshape their squad, the next few days are critical.

All eyes now turn to the Comolli–Ristić showdown, which could determine whether DV9 will soon be wearing red and black.
