Fabio Miretti ready to join Napoli on one condition as clubs near agreement
Juventus and Napoli are reportedly nearing a full agreement for the transfer of Fabio Miretti, with the midfielder expected to make a permanent switch to the Azzurri for a fee in the region of €15 million, including bonuses.
The Bianconeri consider the proposed amount fair compensation for a homegrown talent whose development they’ve closely followed and nurtured. Fabio Miretti has never actively sought an exit from Turin.
However, with interest from Napoli growing stronger in recent weeks, the 21-year-old has shown openness to the move—on one condition: guaranteed playing time.
Giovanni Branchini, Fabio Miretti’s agent, has directly confirmed Napoli’s interest in the midfielder during an interview with Sky Sport. “There is interest from Napoli for him. The clubs have begun speaking to each other and we are waiting to see how things evolve,” he said.

Fabio Miretti spent last seaon on loan to Genoa.
Branchini also highlighted another key point: “From our perspective, we feel privileged—being courted by both Juventus and Napoli today is already a great achievement for an athlete as deserving as Fabio.”
Regarding Antonio Conte’s admiration for Miretti, he added: “To be valued by Conte and considered a potential reinforcement for an already very strong team is an extremely meaningful recognition.”
If the deal goes through, Branchini assured, Miretti will approach the new challenge with humility and a strong desire to learn within a squad rich in talent and experience.
For Juventus, the potential transfer represents a strategic decision to capitalize on Miretti’s value. The club sees the deal as an opportunity to generate capital through a player they had no intention of selling until recently.
Miretti spent last season on loan at Genoa, where he made 25 Serie A appearances, scoring three goals and assisting three more.
His ability to operate in advanced roles and contribute offensively aligns with Conte’s tactical vision for Napoli’s midfield, making him an attractive fit for the club’s summer rebuild.
