Real Madrid have been closely monitoring Juventus centre-back Gleison Bremer, who has emerged as a potential target for the club’s summer 2026 transfer plans.
According to Defensa Central, Bremer is a favourite of Real Madrid chief scout Juni Calafat, thanks to his strong attacking style and impressive ball-handling skills.

Bremer, 28, has a €60 million release clause, which initially seemed accessible for Los Blancos. However, financial concerns and the club’s strategy to prioritise younger talents with long-term potential make the deal complicated.
Adding to the challenge, several Premier League clubs are reportedly interested in Bremer, including Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Chelsea. This competition could make it difficult for Real Madrid to secure the Brazilian defender.

Given these circumstances, the club is likely to refocus on younger centre-backs such as Ibrahima Konate and Dayot Upamecano, who better fit Real Madrid’s long-term plans.
