Inter Milan are interested in signing Genoa defender Koni De Winter, but the move will only happen if Yann Bisseck leaves the club this summer.

Inter are closely monitoring De Winter after his standout performances for Genoa in Serie A. The young Belgian has become one of the top emerging defenders in Italy.

Inter are looking to strengthen their defense as veterans like Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij approach the final stages of their careers. De Winter is seen as a solid, young option who can help refresh the squad’s backline.

Inter will only make a move for De Winter if they sell 24-year-old defender Yann Bisseck. Crystal Palace have already made a €32 million offer, which Inter rejected, but a higher bid could tempt them to sell.

If Bisseck is sold, Inter plan to go all-in for De Winter, viewing him as a perfect replacement.

Premier League side Bournemouth are also eyeing De Winter. The English club is looking to fill the gap left by Ilya Zabarnyi, who was sold to Paris Saint-Germain for €70 million.Genoa reportedly value De Winter at €25 million.

For now, Inter are waiting to see if Bisseck departs. If he does, De Winter is next in line.
