Brighton and Hove Albion are confident that they will be able to reject offers for Alexis Mac Allister that will arrive in this transfer market session from some European big clubs.

Alexis McAllister was one of the best performers at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar last month, where he helped Argentina win the trophy.

Since the end of the World Cup, news has started to spread that he is wanted by some of the biggest clubs in Europe, especially Juventus who want to buy a midfielder in January.

However, reports from the Daily Mail say that Brighton and Hove Albion will do everything they can to keep him, where they will receive offers from clubs that want him.

Brighton and Hove Albion head coach Roberto De Zerbi speaking ahead of the 4-2 loss to Arsenal on Saturday showed his willingness to keep both Moise Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister this January.

“I hope we’ll be able to keep both Moises Caicedo and Alex Mac Allister at the club in January, that’s what I want. I’d like to keep all our players until the end of the season,” said De Zerbi.

If Brighton and Hove Albion decides to sell Alexis Mac Allister they will ask around €31m to €35m to release the 24-year-old midfielder during this transfer market.
