Juventus are prepared to offer Sassuolo €35M for striker Gianluca Scamacca, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport’s front page from yesterday,. The Bianconeri are looking to strenghten their attack in January and Scamacca seems to be on top of the list. However, Juve face heavy competition from their rival Inter.
‘L’Inter stoppa La Juve’ is Gazzetta’s headline today. The Nerazzuri want to close a deal in June and are ready to offer €5M-€10M more than the Bianconeri, the Italian newspaper reported (via FedeNerazzurra). The fact that Inter want to buy Scamacca in the summer is a big plus for Sassuolo, who don’t want to sell the player in January.
Inter’s not only prepared to offer more money than Juve. Empoli striker and Inter loanee Andrea Pinamonti is appreciated by Sassuolo’s director Carnevali. The Nerazzuri could use him to lower the fee. Lorenzo Pirola (Monza) is another candidate to go to Sassuolo.
