Merih Demiral is fine and he is only thinking about training at the moment despite rumors linking him out of Juventus, sources have told Max Statman.
Since the end of last season Merih Demiral is one of Juve’s players whose name was very popular in some news outlets in Italy and abroad stating that he wants to leave the club.
With Giorgio Chiellini set to extend his contract, the Turkish defender future has been questionable and there are rumours he want’s to leave the club this summer.
Sources have told Max Statman that he is currently focusing on training with Juve, but he could leave at anytime if a right offer arrives.
Juventus has set a price tag between €35m-€40m but no offer has arrived at the club yet despite a report that Tottenham Hotspur and Atalanta interested.
Tottenham are one of the clubs that are in hunt for a central defender, and after failing to sign Sevilla’s Jule Koundes who rejected the move, they are now trying to sign Cristian Romero from Atalanta.
Incase they manage to sing the former Juventus defender, this could put Atalanta in a perfect position to try to secure A Merih Demiral deal.
As of today, there are no teams in talks’s with Juventus to sign him, and the player is only thinking about training with Massimiliano Allegri.
